When my printer wouldn't respond, I was frantic because the computer and printer are my com link with the world. After a little discussion, Dan determined that the printer had been damaged internally by a lightening strike on another part of our building. He found and procured an exact replacement printer with better grounding (even though my printer was no longer made), installed it and the driver (which he found and downloaded from the Internet). His expertise and resourcefulness quickly resolved the problem with a minimum of delay and expense. The printer continues to work fine.
